me and my friends came here for a weekend vacation and had a really good time, the house has nice amenities and a good view. id definitely book here again!
The cabin was very nice and clean. Does need more bright lighting and the main floor bedroom needs a new mattress but still very nice and very clean. Beautiful view. Would definitely rent again!
I took my 2 adult daughters and two grandchildren to Gatlinburg for a short get away and a visit to Dollywood. This cabin was perfect for us! My 4 year old grandson learned all about Pac-Man while playing it in the game room!
This was our first time ever getting to take a trip since my wife and I got married. The cabin was perfect, plenty spacious and had everything my little group needed for a pleasant stay.

Great stay ...super nice cabin....small issues as no remotes for tvs worked other than one and no Alexa when there was a sign stating there was one...but not so big an issue that it would deter me from staying there again..great neighborhood also!
Location is great for traveling to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Minutes away from food and entertainment. Travel to and from cabin is super easy. Cabin is nice and relaxing.
We had a really nice visit! There was plenty of space for everyone, hot tub was nice and clean, and The proximity to things to do and eat was great. However, the kitchen really could use all new pots and pans. They are all so scratched, I’m sure we ate a pound of Teflon and there’s only four forks in the entire kitchen, but all of these things can be easily fixed. the only other thing to be aware of is the driveway is very steep and if you have a car, there is a good chance you will scrape the bottom, and it’s not super easy to get in and out of. Be aware that there are definitely bears in the area as we saw one in the front yard! All in all it was a nice visit!

Thanksgiving getaway
The cabin was a great size for our family. The teens loved the game room on the lower level. The beds on the main floor and loft had poor mattresses. I would have thought the beds and bedding would have been nicer. The couch on the main level had rips in it and the Hot tub didn’t work. We really had hoped to use the Hot tub and that is something they feature as the first pic on the VRBO sight. It was disappointing. We contacted the company and no one contacted us and we were not given any discounts. Because of Thanksgiving I am Thankful for being with family but all the little issues made it frustrating. We dealt with them and tried to enjoy our time together which is what mattered. This home needs some TLC
The home was beautiful. There were a couple of issues with the property which, unfortunately, were not able to be fixed during our stay. The AC stopped working and the tub in the loft drained very slowly. Also, please know that the road to this property was a little difficult to navigate, especially into the parking area.
With all of that being said, we truly enjoyed our stay -- even if it was a little warm.
We stayed for 2 nights overall not a bad experience but there was a few things that were not up to our standards. Upstairs bathroom had hair on the floor when we first arrived like it hadn’t been cleaned properly and the kitchen sink had food in the drain that was not cleaned out. Our view wasn’t as described in the ad. We had 7 people with us and had more than enough room for everyone! Like I said overall we had a good experience and there wasn’t too much to complain about except just making sure to look back over everything and make sure it was cleaned the right way.

Needs attention
Wasn't the worst.. but definitely could be better. It wasn't cleaned properly. We walked in and the vacuum was left in the middle of the floor, and it didn't seem anyone used it. The bed blankets are old dingy and need replaced. The TV volume in the down stairs bedroom doesn't work at all. The other TV's seemed to reset often coming back to sports channel. Upstairs bathroom smells of urine, I believe the wood floor around the toilet has soaked up urine and smells horrible.

Nice cabin but a lot of confusion with check in.
Cabin itself was nice but could use some updates to game room stuff. Location was great but difficult to get to. That was on us for not checking before booking and driving wrong vehicle. Property management was difficult. They said we had to come to the office to check in so we did around noon. We knew we could not get into cabin until 3 so we went and did some other things. We eent to the cabin about 3:15 when they sent the code. They called around 6:30 and left a message asking if there was a problem because we didn't check in. It was after hours when I got the message so called the next day and was told she saw everything and she would check with the front office and they would call if there were any issues. We started to leave for the day and wanted to make sure the code still worked but it didn't. I called the office again and was told the same thing, that we didn't come to the office so they changed the code. I told them again that we had been in the office and was put on hold for a few minutes. The girl came back and just gave me a new code. It was a little frustrating to say the least.
Great place to stay! Beautiful and close to downtown!
