300 m from the beach, mini Villa with private pool

Our villa is located in the heart of a small residence composed only of bungalows, wooded and extremely quiet (well away from the road).

It is located 5 minutes walk from a pretty white sand beach suitable for swimming, a local supermarket, a hotel complex accessible to outsiders and equipped with a magnificent swimming pool facing the Rocher du Diamant (with catering offer).
5 minutes by car, you can access the daily local market, the town and the Baie du Diamant.

Amélie and Julien welcome you to this little corner of paradise, spread over a spacious deck equipped with a private swimming pool, in a fully enclosed space with no vis-à-vis.

Its vast outdoor space, all in wood, is a real invitation to rest and serenity.
The living room-terrace is surmounted by a pretty carbet facing the swimming pool and the lush surrounding vegetation.

The kitchen is open and overlooks the bedroom and the interior living room where a pull-out sofa offers 2 beds for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and toilet.

Private car park secured by an electric gate.

The dynamic village of Le Diamant, located in the southern Caribbean of Martinique, is an ideal starting point for exploring the island for the day.

The most beautiful beaches, turtle observation sites and main points of interest of Martinique are nearby.

Beautiful stay in paradise

I spent a beautiful, relaxing week at Amelie’s. It was just what I needed. The back garden filled with bird song. The short walk to a small, but lovely beach and proximity to Le Diamant. Amélie was a gracious host and I would definitely return and highly recommend a stay here.

We love this place very much

Very lovely place! We anjoyed our staying. Clean, beautiful and quiet house. A small beautiful beach nearby, a large beach - 5 minutes by car, also a fruit market and shops. But I want to advice to the owner, fill the house with such necessary things as garbage bags, mosquito repellants, washing powder, dishwashing liquid. Tenants should not purchase such items themselves.

Super cosy private paradise

We were already on the island, and left our previous lodging early and Amélie let us arrive earlier. Instructions to get there were clear and easy. She was on site to greet us. The villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Quite area, gated community, secure. Nicely equipped, comfortable bed and the terrace with our own private pool was great to come back to after a day at the beach or exploring. 100% recommend this little private haven.

Je rejoins ma fille et son compagnon qui bossent 2 mois en Martinique. L emplacement de la petite villa est parfaite pour nous.
