Beacons Rest is a welcoming first floor studio apartment in a quiet location in Fennifach, two miles from Brecon. There is one open plan studio room with a double bed, kitchen area, dining table and armchair. There is also a separate shower room. Outside is off road parking for one car, along with a private balcony with furniture, and shared use of a lawned garden. With both the amenities of Brecon and the countryside of the Beacons on the doorstep, Beacons Rest makes a wonderful year round retreat.
Amenities: Electric heating throughout. Combination microwave/grill, 2 ring electric hob, fridge, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of enclosed lawned garden plus private decked balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Apartment is accessed via some stone steps and open wooden steps so not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
