In quiet area of Quiberon, this lovely 5 rooms house of almost 130m² for 8persons. It is located 50m from the beach and 400m from the city center.

It includes :
- Entry,
- Living room with sofa and TV,
- Equipped kitchen (oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine),
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm large and bed of 90cm large,
- Toilets separated,
Upstairs :
- three bedrooms with each beds of 140cm large,
- Bathroom with toilets.

Sea view terrace exposed south/east. CLosed garden.
Possibility to park a car on the property.
Animals allowed with extra charge.

Une très belle maison mais qui devrait être un peu mieux aménager

Une superbe maison entretenue partiellement ce qui est vraiment dommage. Les toilettes du premier étage fonctionne mal. Pour accueillir potentiellement 8 personnes : 1 salle de bain et 1 WC c'est assez limite sutout du fait du prix de la location. La cuisine n'est pas propre.
