Pleasant house of almost 130m² for 8 persons located on the town of Kerhostin at "Orée du bois Maufra". It's only at 100 meters of the beach of Kerhostin.

It includes :

- Equipped and open kitchen (oven, microwave, cooking plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- Cellar (washing machine, freezer, fridge),
- Toilets separated,
- Bathroom,
- Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large,

Upstairs :
- Two bedrooms with beds of 140cm large,
- Bedroom with bed of 140cm large and bed of 90cm large,
- Bathroom.

Terrace with North/East exposition. Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).
Close garden of almost 1000m². Possibility to park a car on the property.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (75€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26 of september 2026.
Optional: end-of-tay cleaning 230€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
