In Erdeven, 900 m from Kerminihy beach and 1.5 km from the marina and shops in Étel, small semi-detached 3-room house (approx. 30 m²) for 4 people, located in the holiday village LE VILLAGE DES DUNES (house N°67). Shared pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Ideal for enjoying the beaches and discovering the coastline.

- Direct entrance into the open-plan and equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, mini oven, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
- Living room with lounge area (sofa, TV) and dining area (table + chairs) opening onto the south-west-facing terrace (enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha)

Belle région pour des vacances en famille

La résidence est en fait beaucoup plus proche de la commune d’Etel. Ce petit village sur la Ria est bien animé et le marché du midi est très grand et bien achalandé. Le coin est très central et permet d’aller un peu partout sans faire trop de voiture (30 mn de Quiberon). Les plages à proximité sont belles et peu fréquentées. La résidence des Dunes est assez ancienne et mériterait un rafraîchissement tout comme la location que nous avions (67) très vieillotte dans la décoration (moquette marron, meubles marrons etc) Vraiment ça mériterait un coup de neuf ! La piscine sans chaises longues vraiment pas top non plus… Heureusement il a fait beau !
