Located in a quiet area in the heart of Étel, just 300m from the Ria and the port, town house with 4 rooms (approx. 70 m²) for 4 people, featuring a private enclosed garden and a large south-facing terrace. Ideal for exploring the South of Morbihan, including the Ria d’Étel, the Carnac megalithic alignments, and the Quiberon peninsula

- Direct entrance into the bright living room with dining area (table + chairs) and lounge area (sofa, armchairs, decorative stove) opening onto the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, extended by the private enclosed garden
- Open and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, filter coffee maker et Nespresso Krups, kettle, toaster)

Etel la belle

Séjour toujours excellent à Etel, petit village de pécheurs du littoral morbihannais, familial et attachant. La maison (maison de pécheurs) était parfaite, idéale pour 4 personnes avec enfants, le jardinet est un réel plus. Les commerces et les activités se font à pied, que du bonheur !! A réserver sans hésiter.

L'été à Etel

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille. La maison est idéalement située en plein centre proche de tout et au calme à la fois. La ria d'Etel et la cote sauvage sont magnifiques et le golfe du Morbihan n'est pas loin. C'était parfait.

Maison atypique, agréable. Proche commerces.

Petite maison de pêcheurs bien agencée et équipée. Manque toutefois de la vaisselle pour 4 personnes. Ce qui oblige à faire marcher le lave vaisselle trop souvent. Idéale pour 1 couple avec petits enfants. Endroit calme. Proche de tous commerces. On peut faire ses courses à pieds. Parking devant la maison. Etel est un village agréable avec de très belles découvertes. Les gens sont sympathiques. Plein de visites à faire à 30 minutes en voiture depuis Etel. Nous recommandons cette destination et cette location ! Nous y reviendrons sûrement !!

Séjour calme même en haute période touristique

Merci pour la bouteille de cidre offerte en accueil !!! La location est idéale pour se reposer, même en période touristique, ici on y circule à pied facilement et beaucoup à vélo (a prévoir) avec la voiture aussi si vous voulez bien entendu. Commerces proches, accès à la Ria en quelques instants à pied. Nous sommes venus avec notre petit 4 pattes en sécurité dans le jardin clos avec une grande partie herbeuse que l’on ne voit pas dans l’annonce c’est top ! Par contre un gros chien pourra sauter par dessus la clôture car elle est peu élevée 1m environ... Plusieurs arbres fruitiers dans le jardin ! Pour nous c'était la saison des prunes ! Miam ! La table en bois sur la terrasse et les moments barbecue furent très agréables aussi !!! Nous aurions apprécié quelques jeux de cartes, de société, quelques livres pour un moment de détente à la maison... Bon équipement de la maison même si nous avons dû bricoler pour cuire à la vapeur... ah oui attention : ne pas faire fonctionner en même temps le lave-vaisselle avec la machine à laver le linge ou la bouilloire sinon les plombs sautent... quelques mugs (1 seul) et tasses (2) supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus pour le café... A savoir : la télévision est au 2ème étage... pas dans le séjour...nous avons beaucoup plus communiqué entre nous et déconnecté de nos habitudes télévisées finalement c’est très bien ainsi ;) toutefois : la connexion internet était variable selon les moments de la journée... dommage de devoir aussi payer pour une mini box cela pourrait être intégré au prix de la semaine... Nous recommandons cette location bien entendu avec quelques petits plus qui pourraient facilement être prévus par les propriétaires en confiance avec les locataires 😉👋 nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, cette semaine tant attendue a tenu ses promesses de découvertes et de repos !!!
