Low Shipley Cottage is a stone built barn conversion situated just four miles from Barnard Castle in County Durham. The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms with ensuites, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in beautiful countryside, Low Shipley Cottage is a lovely holiday home in the north of the Yorkshire Dales.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating in ensuites and woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Large shared lawns to rear and small private patio with furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles (or 10 mins walk across fields). Note: This property is accessed via 1.5 mile unmade road.
