Entrance hall opening onto the living room (living room/living room/kitchen approximately 25m2) overlooking the back of the villa with 2 openings onto the east-facing terrace.
Fitted and equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Independent suspended toilet.
Shower room (3.94x1.90): cupboard, large shower and sink.
Bedroom 1 (3.70x2.60) overlooking rear terrace (East exposure): 1 bed 160.
Bedroom 2 (2.66x2.64) west facing: 1 bed 140.
Stone table and benches for outdoor dining
