Located in the sought-after area of the restaurants "La Corniche" and "Haïtza", a few minutes from the famous Dune du Pilat, this apartment of approximately 90 m² on the 1st floor of a Gaume villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 balconies, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
The entrance leads to a separate toilet with hand basin, then to the north-facing living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a television, as well as the north-facing dining room with balcony. The US kitchen is fully equipped with 2 small refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 3 induction burners, a hood, etc. A hallway, including a washing machine and a dryer, leads to a first bathroom, separate toilets, and 2 adjoining bedrooms (part of which is under the attic lit by Velux) with 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. There is also a third bedroom facing West with 1 140 cm bed, and a fourth bedroom (cabin) facing North with 2 90 cm bunk beds. A second bathroom with sanibroyeur (WC ) is also available. All sanitary facilities, including toilets and shower rooms, were completely renovated in May 2024.
The apartment is equipped with Internet / WIFI. Private parking is available (spaces subject to availability). It is very well equipped and easy to maintain (carpet in the small bedroom). The decoration is modern and refined. Its location is ideal, a few steps from the beach and must-see tourist attractions!
