For a total change of scenery, come and discover our studio "les Obiones" in Fort Mahon Plage completely refurbished and façade renovation carried out in spring 2022, located a stone's throw from the beach (just the road to cross 😉) and shops/restaurants. This large studio of 27m2 is located on the raised ground floor of a secure residence.
What's new:
Options:
wifi (5€ for 2 nights, 10€ for 3 to 7 days),
2 adult bikes (5€ per day, 30€ per week/bike), free😁 private parking space.
Facing south, its balcony (brand beautiful / brand new 😁) will allow you to enjoy sunny afternoons offering you a beautiful side view of the sea.
Accommodation equipped for a maximum of 4 people: - a Murphy bed (140x190), a bunk bed (90x190) that the children love, as well as a sofa bed (120x190) with duvets and pillows (sheets not provided). A travel cot is also available free of charge.

Les obiones

Très bien situé. Confort nickel. Belle promenade jusqu'au kend.journée à le crotoy.berk..... bons restos..ç était super. On y retournera.

Vue mer devenue vue échafaudage !!

Studio propre et bien agencé (bien que manquant de placard pour ranger les vêtements.. ou les valises). Propriétaire accueillant. Problème : surprise totale dès le 2e jour, échafaudage sur toute la façade, condamnation des balcons, allers et venues, pauses même, des ouvriers devant la baie vitrée, (seule et unique source de lumière), nécessité de fermer les rideaux pour petit déjeuner en famille et seulement en famille. Le 3e jour une planche a été vissée à la place du balcon ; Obturant en hauteur la moitié de la baie vitrée !! Bruits de perceuses, de démolition tôt le matin (c’est balo, ma petite fille dort bien le matin en général) ; plus d’accès possible au balcon pour, le soir, se poser, boire un verre, un café… la seule réponse du propriétaire à mon étonnement a été de le dire que « la mer n’avait pas changé de place 👍 et que le but n’était pas de rester dans le studio ». J’aurais pu espérer un geste commercial, juste un geste, mais rien ! Le comble a été quand le vendredi fin d’aprem, le propriétaire nous a demandé l’accès au logement pour couper cette planche qui condamnait la clarté du studio…. Et alors que je lui demandais de le faire le samedi matin puisque nous devions libérer la location pour 11h, il m’a été répondu que, lui aussi, partait en vacances !! Donc, en résumé, le studio était, au départ, plutôt sympa, le proprio était, au départ, plutôt sympa … si on m’avait précisé à la réservation que dès travaux étaient prévus et que le balcon serait condamné…. Je pense que j’aurais loué ailleurs !! J’ai toutes les photos et/ou vidéos attestant de mes dires ! 😜☀️

Bonjour à vous, commentaire que je ne comprends pas vu tous nos échanges ! Merci de reconnaître que notre studio est propre, bien agencé. Pour ce qui est des rangements, je vous remercie de me lancer la perche. Vous avez réservé pour 3 personnes dont votre petite fille ( logement pour 4personnes maxi comme indiqué dans l’annonce). Il s’avère que vous n’avez pas respecté le règlement ayant accueilli pendant votre séjour fils et belle-fille sans rien demandé, donc 5 personnes dans le studio !!!Donc je comprends qu’il n y avait plus de place pour les valises. Je tiens aussi à rappeler que j’avais fermé les yeux à ce sujet tout en sachant que la taxe de séjour vous avez été offerte. Donc pour les leçons de morale…🙄Autre précision : un nouveau meuble venait aussi d’être installé pour les rangements. Maintenant, vous avez appris comme nous en même temps, le montage d’un échafaudage, sans que l’on soit averti ( pour l’ensemble des propriétaires de la résidence pour des travaux de façade). Je suis « encore « désolé que vous n’ayez pas pu profiter pleinement du balcon mais malheureusement aucunement de notre faute. (Preuve par mail que je vous ai d’ailleurs envoyé pour montrer notre bonne foi. D’ailleurs, les futurs voyageurs ont tous été contacté afin de les informer de cet échafaudage. Et oui, parfois, l’extérieur d’une résidence doit être rafraîchi pour le bien être de tous ! Les futurs voyageurs seront faire la part des choses 😉. Merci encore à tous nos autres voyageurs de leur fidélité, respect des règles du logement et commentaires ! Ce n’est pas le cas de tout le monde 🤔😏🖐🏖

Très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, studio propre, bien disposé, bien équipé. Correspond à l'annonce, je recommande ce lieu!

Studio proche mer et très bien agencé

Très bon accueil, le propriétaire et Laetitia sont des personnes très agréables. Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage avec vue latérale mer du balcon. Proche des restaurants et des commerces, très bien agencé. D'une propreté irréprochable. Très bonne literie, douche spacieuse, place de parking inclus dans le prix. WiFi. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour. A refaire avec mes petits-enfants.
