Les obiones

Très bien situé. Confort nickel. Belle promenade jusqu'au kend.journée à le crotoy.berk..... bons restos..ç était super. On y retournera.

Vue mer devenue vue échafaudage !!

Studio propre et bien agencé (bien que manquant de placard pour ranger les vêtements.. ou les valises). Propriétaire accueillant. Problème : surprise totale dès le 2e jour, échafaudage sur toute la façade, condamnation des balcons, allers et venues, pauses même, des ouvriers devant la baie vitrée, (seule et unique source de lumière), nécessité de fermer les rideaux pour petit déjeuner en famille et seulement en famille. Le 3e jour une planche a été vissée à la place du balcon ; Obturant en hauteur la moitié de la baie vitrée !! Bruits de perceuses, de démolition tôt le matin (c’est balo, ma petite fille dort bien le matin en général) ; plus d’accès possible au balcon pour, le soir, se poser, boire un verre, un café… la seule réponse du propriétaire à mon étonnement a été de le dire que « la mer n’avait pas changé de place 👍 et que le but n’était pas de rester dans le studio ». J’aurais pu espérer un geste commercial, juste un geste, mais rien ! Le comble a été quand le vendredi fin d’aprem, le propriétaire nous a demandé l’accès au logement pour couper cette planche qui condamnait la clarté du studio…. Et alors que je lui demandais de le faire le samedi matin puisque nous devions libérer la location pour 11h, il m’a été répondu que, lui aussi, partait en vacances !! Donc, en résumé, le studio était, au départ, plutôt sympa, le proprio était, au départ, plutôt sympa … si on m’avait précisé à la réservation que dès travaux étaient prévus et que le balcon serait condamné…. Je pense que j’aurais loué ailleurs !! J’ai toutes les photos et/ou vidéos attestant de mes dires ! 😜☀️
