This semi-detached cottage situated close to the town of Bala sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Forestry Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in a riverside location, 1.5 miles from the hamlet of Rhos-y-Gwaliau, just over two miles from the town of Bala with its famous lake. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and one bunk room, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a rear grassed area and a front gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Forestry Cottage is an ideal base with walks, cycle routes and watersports in the area, plus within driving distance are sandy beaches and delightful towns and villages.
Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, Blu-ray, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear grassed area and front gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and Bala Lake 2.2 miles. Note: The cottage is supplied by spring water, which has a UV filter system and is tested annually.
