Yate Cottage is a semi-detached, Grade II listed, former servants quarters forming part of Yate House in the village of Oxenhope near Haworth. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor and offers one double bedroom, a shower room with underfloor heating. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a gas-fired stove. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with a patio and furniture, access to the owners mature and formal gardens, and woodland leading to the village. Yate Cottage is the perfect romantic retreat for couples exploring Bronte country, all year round.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
