Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Linh und Julien. Die beiden sind sehr nett!!! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend - zum Strand sind es ca. 200m. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen (Superette) liegt 750m entfernt - dort gibt es alles! Die Pizzeria um die Ecke ist auch zu empfehlen. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Veranda und die super eingerichtete Küche - für Selbstversorger optimal. Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohn- und im Schlafbereich - perfekt! Alles in allem eine ruhige, gut ausgestattete und empfehlenswerte Destination in Le Barcares. Herzliche Grüße an Linh und Julien

Appartement très confortable et bien agencé

L’appartement proposé est très joli avec sa terrasse de 20 m2 couverte qui est un atout supplémentaire. Le logement est neuf,propre et super bien équipé et la climatisation est un must. Julien et Linh sont très gentils,attentionnés et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Le seul point à améliorer est la connexion internet qui n’est pas stable lorsque les autres logements sont occupés. J’ai passé un très bon séjour.

Emplacement idéal en bord de mer

Un appartement impeccable et neuf. Idéal pour un couple et 1 ou 2 enfants. Par contre l'annonce n'est pas suffisamment explicite sur les chambres !!! Il n'y a qu'une seule chambre et 2 lits superposés dans un couloir !!! Dans notre cas nous étions la grand mère, son fils et son petit fils ; donc pas au top pour le fils de 53 ans de coucher dans le couloir. Sinon appartement agréable avec sa loggia extérieure et le parking voiture privé. Une très bonne note néamoins pour cette location
