SĂ©jour plus ou moins agrĂ©able point positif c'est l’emplacement du logement tout Ă  proximitĂ© et grande terrasse sinon appartement pas trĂšs propre a notre arrivĂ©e et mauvaise odeur dans la chambre , l’eau de la douche qui s’écoule pas des notre arrivĂ©e super De plus nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s coincĂ©s dehors la veille du dĂ©part la porte vitrĂ© c’est coincĂ© Ă  00h nous avons dĂ» payer un serrurier qui nous a ouvert qu’à 3h du matin heureusement que mon bĂ©bĂ© n’était pas restĂ© Ă  l’intĂ©rieur tout seul mais il est quand mĂȘme restĂ© lĂ  crotte au cul pendant 2 h la propriĂ©taire m’a remboursĂ© que la moitiĂ© du dĂ©pannage de 209 parce que soit disant que nous Ă©tions prĂ©venue du dĂ©faut de la porte et que mon fils de 8ans a claquĂ© la porte trop fort forcĂ©ment c’est de notre faute on a sĂ»rement fait exprĂšs quand on est courant d’un problĂšme dans le logement le mieux c’est de le rĂ©gler avant l’arrivĂ©e des gens ce qui Ă©vite les accidents ou il faut assumer et payer c’est votre problĂšme surtout que la conciergerie nous a bien confirmĂ© que le problĂšme durĂ©e depuis plusieurs annĂ©es je ne compte pas laisser ça lĂ  et faire appel Ă  ma protection juridique y’a des propriĂ©taires juste bon Ă  encaisser les chĂšques et n entretiennent pas leur logement honteux

Prestation véritablement mediocre

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© stupĂ©fait par son manque d entretien et sa vĂ©tustĂ© extrĂȘme. Terrasse non nettoyĂ©e, mobilier extĂ©rieur Ă  moitiĂ© cassĂ© et brinquebalant (chaises cassĂ©es et table extĂ©rieure totalement dĂ©formĂ©e). Odeur nausĂ©abonde Ă  l intĂ©rieur du logement sans parler de l odeur Ă  l intĂ©rieur des placards. Planche Ă  dĂ©couper totalement moisie, eau des toilettes noire!!!!, faĂŻence dans la douche fendue en large et en travers, taches de moisi au plafond, canalisations bouchĂ©es
 Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement.
