This impressive, detached holiday home is situated in Netley Abbey near Southampton, and has five bedrooms sleeping ten people.
Abbots Wood is a fabulous, detached house situated within three acres of grounds in Netley Abbey near Southampton. There are five bedrooms with access to a bath or shower room, including one that's on the ground floor. With French doors leading out onto the patio, there is a kitchen with a small breakfast bar, a dining room and two sitting rooms. There is an indoor heating swimming pool in its own room, with an adjoining utility containing a shower room, as well as an overlooking mezzanine area which contains a bar, a kitchen and doors opening onto a balcony. Out on the patio there is garden furniture and off road parking for ten cars, as well as access to wooded grounds which lead down to a lake. Abbots Wood is an outstanding property, perfect for large celebratory family gatherings, or a getaway with friends exploring Hampshire.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Range cooker with electric oven and 5-ring gas hob, electric oven and hob, 2 x microwaves, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x dishwashers, 3 x TVs with full Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. 2 x Travel Cots and highchair. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 10 cars. Rear patio with furniture, plus wooded garden leading to shared unfenced lake. Free coarse fishing in lake (no licence required). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk.
