Fantastisk ferie

Dejlig feriebolig med den flotteste udsigt. Boligen var ren og pæn. Svimmingpoolen har en god størrelse. Selvom køreturen op og ned af bjerget er kringlet, er der så mange flotte steder at se på vejen. Boligen ligger roligt og fredeligt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

fraaie moderne verzorgde woning

Schoon, modern, compleet ingerichte en goed onderhouden huisje. Mooi uitzicht over Nice en de zee, in de vallei wel veel industrie. Pad naar woonwijk huisje is stijl en smal. Eigenaar heeft parkeerplaats afgelopen winter verbreed, nu goed daar te keren. Vriendelijk ontvangst, eigenaar woont vlakbij, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Dorpje St Jeannet heeft ons niet kunnen bekoren. In de buurt leukere plaatsjes. Vanuit huis is de Baous te beklimmen.

Absolutely perfect appartment with everything you need. No matter where you are on the 3 terraces - the view is awesome. Arnaud and his family are great hosts and very helpful. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers - and we all loved it. We love to come back. Thanks again Arnaud😊

Super apartment in great location.

We had a wonderful week in this super apartment. The pool area and terraces are amazing. There are 2 other apartments on site, but the way they are laid out means they are private. The property was very clean and spacious. Each bedroom had an ensuite. The property had everything you need to self cater if you wanted to. And our teenage girls loved having their own door onto the pool area. St Jeanette is a pretty medieval village perched on a cliff and is only a 3 minute drive/20 minute walk away, and has a bar and restaurants. Do eat in 'La Table des Baous', which was superb. 10 minutes drive is La Gaude, another pretty village, we ate in 'La Gaudriole', which again was excellent. Nice is about 30 minutes, we also went to Antibes, Menton and of course Monaco!! We found driving fine. A recommedation is to park in Nice's tram Parkazur (Park and ride), pay for return tram tickets and park for free. Finally, thank you Arnaud for your help and assistance. Our flight was cancelled and we finally arrived at midnight instead of 4pm, Arnaud came at this time to let us in. Arnaud speaks excellent english and was there to help with any questions. Thank you again Arnaud.

Tolle Ferienwohung

Architektonisch ein sehr schönes Haus und die Wohung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter der jederzeit angesprochen werden konnte und uns auch mit Tips zur Umgebung und Aktivitäten gegeben hat. TOP !!! Sehr ruhige Umgebung mit tollem Blick auf die Küste. Das Haus liegt jedoch am Ende einer engen und kurvigen Bergstraße, etwas außerhalb des eigentlichen Ortes, was die Fahrt etwas nervig macht. Will man zur Küste runter ist mit ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zu kalkulieren. Wer dies nicht als störend emfindet kann in dem Haus einen tollen entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an Arnaud !

Appartement très agréable avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes mais aussi sur Nice.

Entre mer et montagne Saint Jeannet est un petit village où il fait bon se reposer. Pour cela vous avez le choix entre le bord de la piscine, la terrasse ou le toit terrasse. Au départ de l'appartement vous pouvez prendre des chemin de randonnée pour aller découvrir la montagne et ses baous. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune modération.

Selbst die Bilder haben uns große Erwartungen gesetzt, aber die Realität hat sie sogar übertroffen. In Kürze: - freundlicher, hilfsbereich Gastgeber - Schöne Lage, ausgezeichnetes Panorama - gute Ausrüstung - Gutes Parken Niemand hat Angst vor der Annäherung, der Anblick und die Umwelt werden Entschädigung geben! Már a képek is nagy várakozásokat keltettek bennünk, de a valóság még ezeket is felülmúlta. Címszavakban: - kedves, segítőkész házigazda - szép fekvés, kiváló panoráma - jó felszereltség - jó parkolás Senki ne féljen a megközelítésétől, a látvány és a környezet kárpótlást ad cserébe!

Tolles Apartment, welches durch eine ganz liebe und zuvorkommende Familie geführt wird.

Wir hatten das Glück dieses sehr schöne Apartment mit tollen Ausblick für 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern und unseren Schwiegereltern nutzen zu dürfen. Die ruhige Lage mit Erreichbarkeit der quirligen Städte an der Côte d Azur waren eine Supermischung. Zwischendrin haben wir Tage am eigenen Pool und Grillabende mit der schönen Aussicht genossen. Besonders lieben Dank an Arnaud und Anni für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!!

Wir hatten das Haus Mauretanica gebucht. Es liegt in ruhiger Hanglage mit fantastischer Aussicht auf Nizza und Antibes. Die Vermieter wohnen einen Weg oberhalb und sind sehr hilfsbereit.

The second this is this most excellent place. We love just lounging about on the terras, watching the breathtaking view. And when you get too warm, a dip in the pool will cool you just enough off. Arnaud and Annie are great hosts and made us again very welcome! highly recommended!

Excellent apartment in a stunning location

The Plenisud apartments are of an extemely high standard and are located just outside the beautiful, authentic village of St. Jeannet. This is an ideal spot to explore Nice and along the Cote D'Azur. We stayed in the Mauritanica Apt. For 3 weeks at the beginning of July 2017. The apartment is stunning with modern and high quality furnishings and offers everything we could possibly have wanted for our holiday. The outside space is superb and the views from the roof terrace over Nice and along the coast to Antibes are stunning. Arnaud and Annie are fantastic hosts. They are so friendly and were keen to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. My husband mentioned that it would be nice to have a beer glass and that very afternoon Arnaud arrived with boxes of beer glasses for the apartment 😀. We were very impressed. We would definitely recommend the apartments and will surely return. The Cunningham family

SuperObjekt in Saint Jeannet nur 10 km von Nizza

Das in 2015 fertig gestellte Haus hat drei unabhängige sehr schöne Wohnungen mit 1 und 2 Schlafzimmern, alle mit eigenen Pool. Das Objekt liegt am Ende einer Strasse ca. 3 Min. mit dem Auto von Saint Jeannet, einem bezaubernden kleinen Ort ca. 10 km von Nizza. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allen nur erdenklichen Geräten. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, moderne Küche, angenehmes Wohnzimmer und praktische Schlafzimmer. Die Bäder sind sehr gut. Das Mobiliar auf den Terrassen übersteigt qualitativ den Durchschnitt, Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter, Ansprechpartner ist Arnaud, sind kompetent und immer entgegenkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt von leider nur 1 Woche und genossen die absolute Ruhe. Diese Objekt verdient eine unteingeschänkte Weiterempfehlung und 6 Sterne, wenn es diese gäbe. Traumurlaub in St.Jeannet

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Haus in St.Jeannet verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Hang mit grandiosem Blick über die Bucht von Nizza und Antibes. Unser sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen! Merci beaucoup Arnaud!

A wonderful place with a fantastic view.

We spent an amazing week at this place in St. Jeannet. The host was very friendly and showed us everything we needed when we came. Nearby you find nice restaurants and nice walks up in the mountains. Nice, Cap d´ail, Antibes and Monaco are close nearby and worth a visit. If I am traveling to the south of France again, I would most definitely stay at this villa apartment again.

best way to experience Var

We spend a most excellent week in the Mauritanica apartment! The views are breath taking from the roof terrace, from the balcony, the private swimming pool, yes, even from one of the bedrooms! Annie and Arnaud are very gracious hosts, making you feel welcome right away. All is new and modern in the apartment: nothing is a-miss. We will for sure stay there again in the future.
