Let yourself be tempted by this authentic 72m2 two-bedroom apartment where you can take your breakfast like a King, on a balcony with view of the sea, a book in hand which you will not have bought at the local FNAC store on Rue d'Antibes but simply borrowed from the apartment own well-garnished library collection in the living room. No extra charge!


As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A nicely decorated setting, carefully done by the owners themselves, to produce a "like-at-home" effect, instead of “like-at-the-hotel”.

- A beautiful living room surrounded by bay windows, with sofa, flat screen TV and a table for 4 people (or for 5, if you squeeze a bit and go get an extra chair from one of the bedrooms).

- A large separate kitchen with everything you need, especially a wine cellar, but also all necessary appliances, including laundry dryer, plus a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine Nespresso (what else?)

- Two bedrooms, each with a large double bed.

- A big bathroom.

- A cozy shower room with toilets (and a shower stall, obviously).


Some highlights:

- Secured access building with a 4-digit top-secret code

- Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).

- High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…

- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort


And, as a bonus:
- Sets of clean sheets are provided, one for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.


Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a very short walk down your street, Rue Pasteur, within less than five minutes (unless you are crawling or walking on your hands…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity such as:

- Strolling along the Croisette, take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats

- Sipping a cocktail at the Carlton (with or without alcohol, according to your celebration mood)

- Taking a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès

- Taking the train to an unknown (or not) destination

- Buying books, if you are still doing that, at the local FNAC store on Rue d’Antibes

- Using your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets…

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (as we are) except when other guests leave or arrive on the same days you do, in which case check-ins are from 4 pm and check-outs are no later than 11 am. (Superman was available, but we could not hire Superhousekeeper!)

IMPORTANT : an additional charge of 35 Euros will be made for any arrival after 8:00 PM (sleep time is expensive). Arrivals after Midnight will not be made in person: you will have access to a lock-box with the apartment keys inside (we keep that night time for ourselves for Netflix).
For guests who want to avoid the additional charge for after 8 PM arrivals, we can arrange for a self check-in with a key lock-box, and you may still call us if you need assistance.

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).
