An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard. Bathroom. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, television and balcony. A bedroom with two pull-out beds and small closet.
Cellar with washing machine.
Large terrace with outdoor furniture and plancha. Unfenced garden. A private parking space.
