This patio villa on three levels includes, on the garden level, a living room with a lounge area and television, as well as a living area opening onto a covered terrace. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard. Bathroom. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, television and balcony. A bedroom with two pull-out beds and small closet.
Cellar with washing machine.
Large terrace with outdoor furniture and plancha. Unfenced garden. A private parking space.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi in season. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December.
