Decent place in good location; listing is misleading
The unit itself was fine and in a good location…we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The check-in process needs improvement. We were sent an email with check-in details, but it wasn’t very clear and had no phone contact details. We arrived in the evening and it was cold. The check-in email said it contained a picture of where the lockbox was located but they didn’t actually attach the picture. The description said lockbox was on the ‘other side of the building’. We took this to mean behind the apartment building but it was actually across the street. We finally found it (with help of a kind neighbor) but were outside freezing for +30 minutes with no way to contact host. The listing needs to be updated for accuracy…it lists 2 bath (only one) and free laundry (it’s not free). The unit only had space heaters so beware if you go during cold season as it takes a while to get unit to a reasonable temperature.
