nice house with cozy garden

The house with a large garden is located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, the sea and the center of Mimizane plage can be reached very quickly by bike. Uncomplicated and very nice landlord, we were allowed to use everything that was in the house. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially the kitchen, left something to be desired. All in all a very nice and relaxed holiday.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus leider nicht gepflegt

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es legt fußläufig zum Strand. Das Häuschen ist eigentlich total süß und voller Potenzial. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuverlässig. Unser Hund hat sich mit Strand und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarn sind angenehm ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Haus sehr ungepflegt, so dass ich es erstmal geputzt und alleDecken und Kissenbezüge gewaschen habe. Den schlechten Geruch im Haus (Raucher?) haben wir aber auch mit diesen Maßnahmen nicht wegbekommen. Es fehlt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, was gleich viel hygienischer wäre. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und das Kleinod genossen.

logement sale, ménage pas fait à l'arrivée

Arrivée sans problème, logement proche plage et centre ville par contre, logement sale, qui ne sentait pas bon (toilettes notamment), une culotte pleine d'excréments trouvée dans un tiroir, odeurs continuelles de gaz, fuites d'eau, bref, la totale... le propriétaire devait nous rembourser les frais de menage (50 euros), on les attend toujours 2,5 mois après malgré nos relances.

Il faut bien mettre une appréciation plus que négative, lorsqu, au bout de 5 mn tout est en désordre, plus 200 euros de réparation de la chaudière suite à un pièce cassée par un des occupants, ajouter à ça une semaine avec du mauvais temps et vous aurez la mauvaise fois d’une personne sans intérêt…

Séjour agréable car au calme

La location est au calme et en même temps pas très loin du centre de Mimizan-Plage . Le propriétaire est sympathique mais dommage que le ménage n'ai pas été fait donc obligé de le faire après la route par nos soins alors que c'était compris dans le prix et à revoir le chauffe-eau qui sent le gaz donc l'eau chaude très rare ou eau bouillante un peu dangereux ...

Die Lage ist super, der Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man hat sein eigenes, uneinsehbares Reich. Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend.

Gîte en cours de restauration

C'est un gîte en cours de restauration et donc : - son prix est en adéquation avec l'état - le ménage n'est pas son dada !! - et quelques curiosités non fonctionnelles à découvrir !! Bref, si vous cherchez à sortir sur la plage le plus possible... c'est idéal pour la proximité ! Votre hôte est à votre écoute et est réactif, mais cette location nécessite plus d'entretien. Nb: à éviter pour les enfants en bas âge et trop juste pour 5 personnes. Nous souhaitons à notre hôte de réussir son projet de restauration.
