We had an excellent stay at La Blancherie in Forcalquier. The gîte is beautifully designed, perfectly equipped, and so peaceful. We immediately felt at home and were able to truly rest and recharge. A wonderful place we would gladly return to!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the La Blancherie gîte in Forcalquier. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming us with warmth and attention while remaining discreet. Their availability and local recommendations greatly enhanced our experience. The gîte itself is beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and very well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the peace and beauty of the garden. A perfect place to unwind in Provence, with attentive hosts and a charming setting. We would definitely love to return!

Picturesque Countryside and Cottage

The cottage super clean, well-appointed, and centrally located for exploring and excursions. The window screens were appreciated. As was the washing machine. Julie and Patrick were knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Forcalquier was charming with fantastic markets, specialties, and artisanal merchants. We walked to the supermarket a couple times and cycled the hills and dells of the surrounding areas. Would love to return

Ein Traum, nicht nur aufgrund des schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hauses und der einmaligen Natur und Ruhe, sondern auch wegen der außerordentlich freundlichen und sympatischen Eigentümer. Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Die Terrasse mit dem weiten Blick ins Grüne verwöhnt das Auge, schenkt nachhaltige Entspannung und wunderschöne Momente; Nachtigall, Pirol, Wiedehopf und viele andere Vogelarten verwöhnen das Gehör. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen können :o)

Perfectly located right on the Douro River. The apartment is very quaint and well kept. The owners were great and very welcoming providing many recommendations for near by restaurants and things to do.
