Wonderful Getaway

House is in a great location and is very clean. The owner Nicole is incredibly responsive. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time away. Would love to come back in the warmer months and enjoy the pool and property.

A Nice House Gone Bad

The house seemingly was as we expected, but: 1. Two of three large doors to pool area did not lock, posing a securty issue. Owner was at house the week before we were, so she knew about the problem. Door not repaired after one month. 2. Living room TV did not work at all or improperly for entire stay. 3. Powder room toilet not working and lock broken. 4. Pool chaises in disrepair, including cigarette burn. 5. Otherwise lovely , comfortable outside chairs dirty., also with ciagarette burn. 6.. Outside table (4 chairs) in disrepair. 7. Dead tree near pool posed a threat to us. 8. Front gate could not be controlled from house phone as intended. Never repaired. 9. High-end washer/dryer is in dark, unfinished basement surrounded by used furniture and many other miscellaneous things. 10. Ant invasion inside and out. 11. Nicole the owner, who is nice, tried unsuccessfully to manage the property apparently due to business and personal distractions. As a result, almost every day of our expensive stay was with hours dealing with one issue or another. We are not returning.

Magic in the Hamptons

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is amazing. The pool and outdoor living area is private and we’ll done. We had never been to the Hamptons and the location was perfect for us - a short drive to East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton, etc. It was easy for us to explore. Nicole is a great host. Our stay was hassle-free. She checked in with us from time to time. She is very responsive. Can’t say enough about our experience.

Best rental experience in the Hamptons -

This is the best rental my husband and I have ever stayed in! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We can’t wait to book this home again next summer - thank you Nicole for being such an amazing host!
