Apartment with air co, 2 rooms for 4 people, situated at Heliopolis entrance K. 3rd floor without lift, interior side. Living room with sofa-bed. Kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine senséo, kettle, [hidden] 1 bedroom with large 180cm bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC. Terrace with shutters, sea view on the side. Parking n°320.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1.44 euro per day, per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

The location was great- near the beach and shops. Communication was a bit difficult as the owner uses a rental agency with whom questions were referred. Staff at the agency were nice and accommodations were made for our late check in which I appreciated. There were maintenance issues at the property and it would have been a better experience had sheets, towels, and shampoo been provided. Sheets and towels had to be rented. I also was not expecting a significant additional cleaning fee to be charged by the agency.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Malheureusement, comme il n'y a pas de clim dans la chambre, la fenetre étant ouverte, la nuit, on entend tous les voisins qui passent dans le couloir, claquent les portes de leur appartement et ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres.Par ailleurs, il y a beaucoup de calcaire partout sur l'évier, le lavabo, le pommeau de douche. Un entretien régulier serait nécessaire pour éviter de changer la robinetterie.
