Great find!
We appreciated having a table, couch, kitchen, and dedicated parking spot. Our host was communicative and helpful, and we were spitting distance from downtown. I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for me!
As a single gal I’m always happy to find a place on the small side. This was perfect. Centrally located to downtown makes it ideal to explore the area.

Great location..walking distance to Washington st , fabulous farmers market... For the host,id suggest providing brochures or other information about the area, for those of us not firmiliar. Would have been nice to have another place to hang things/clothes/towels in the bathroom (an over the door rack?)

Just what we were looking for
We were up in Sonora for the Easter weekend and needed a place for two people and close to downtown. This property met that need. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the main street, easy to find, and plenty of parking. The property was the perfect size for two people. We really liked that the kitchen was separate from the sleeping/living room area. Everything was updated - light fixtures, plumbing, appliances, bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The added plus was the Roku/Hulu. We just logged into our Roku account from the tv and watched our shows as if at home. Mark was also great at communicating with us. Answered my questions and the whole checkin/out process was super easy. Overall, will rebook again when next time in town.

The studio was excellent!! great location, just 4 minutes walk to the downtown area. the studio layout felt bigger than a studio very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed (Towels and tissue). kitchen was ready to go and fully stocked with all the condiments we needed for cooking and BBQ. If we're ever in the area again we would certainly want to rent that studio once more.
