A beautiful, new 1-bedroom apartment with fenced terrace, garden and private parking.
Ideally located in a quiet, relaxing and green residential area, all within walking distance: shops, restaurants, Provencal markets, beaches, Aqualand, mini golf, etc… .
The apartment is air conditioned, bright and very clean.
The decoration is modern and refined. Spacious, with a large bay window overlooking the small private garden (90m2), the apartment has an open kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds that can be connected, and a terrace.
All beds are new.
The bathroom has an Italian shower (completely renewed). The apartment has Wifi and it is perfectly equipped:
a large wardrobe, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer ...
The garden is fenced and green. Sun loungers, electric plancha barbecue.

Logement idéal

Appartement propre, très bien situé et au calme. Il est parfaitement équipé. Plage, commerces et marché accessible à pieds, ne nécessite pas l'utilisation de la voiture. L'emplacement de parking privé est un plus. Catherine est très disponible, à l'écoute de tout, et donne de très bons conseils pour visiter les différents sites de la région. A louer sans hésitation.
