Sparkling Clean, modern, remodeled private guest house located in the Evergreen Historic District. You have your own separate entrance, with easy access through a keypad. No connection to the main house, and no shared spaces, you have all your privacy. Located close to major Highways/Airport/Bars/Restaurants/Baseball Stadiums/ASU/Convention Centres! Private Guest home all to yourself, only sharing the property with the main house! You have your own entrance and no interaction is needed. Off-Street and on-street parking available. No Laundry facilities on the property but laundromats are very close by.

House is located in the Evergreen Historic District, with grass and trees, unlike most AZ neighborhoods.

Walking/bike ride or a very short drive to downtown Mesa with some great unique cuisine. Downtown Mesa is about 20 mins away from all Phoenix's great downtown areas (Chandler/Gilbert/Scottsdale/Downtown Phoenix)
