The 120-foot water slide is a huge hit with both kids and adults. Lots of on-site amenities such as the 9 hole miniature golf; playground; cornhole; soccer goals; full court basketball; tennis court; beach volleyball; shuffleboard; outdoor ping pong; outdoor bowling; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
Interior renovations for January 2024 include the following:
All popcorn ceilings replaced with flat, new crown molding, all walls, ceilings and molding/trim repainted, all bathroom water fixtures replaced with new.

Beach getaway

Nice property. Loved the location. The resort had a nice pool area. The only down side, there were no kitchen hand/ wash towels. We had to go out and pick up a few. Other than that, I’d recommend this property.

Our 2nd time in this condo

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. It was very clean and smelled like new from the recent renovations. You can really tell this owner listens and cares about the guest's experience. We spent a lot of time at the indoor pool and hot tub. Lee was a great host and quick to respond as usual. We will be back this summer and look forward to many trips with kids down the water slide.

Hi! my name is Lee and I live in Raleigh. I am a very proud father of two amazing and high energy kids. They are the main reason I decided to buy a condo at A Place At the Beach. There are so many fun things and activities for kids to do here that, we really only leave the resort to go out to eat or get groceries down the street at AB Food Lion. This saves time, money and prevents kids from getting bored.

Amazing views of the ocean, pool, playground and entire courtyard. You can sit out on the balcony and monitor or talk to your kids that are at the playground, courtyard or even at the pool.
