2 bedroom 2 Bath 1st floor condo at A Place at the Beach III. 2 Twin beds with one pull out twin and A king bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper sofa with a queen mattress in the living room. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grills and a mini-store on site

My Condo has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds with a pull out twin With a tv. Perfect for kids. The sofa in the living room is a queen bed pull out. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining area, drink bar, washer, dryer and dish washer.

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend at this property! It is such a family-friendly location with lots to do for kiddos, from the beach, to the waterslide, to the putt-putt. The unit was clean, bright, and had starter paper products and toiletries. Comfortable mattresses and everything you need to relax and unwind. We also loved how things are set up so you can park your beach wagon and sandy chairs/toys just outside the door to avoid bringing extra sand in to the unit with you. We arrived later at night and had no trouble getting in with the after hours lockbox option. Thanks for a great stay!

It was not ready when we checked in I know supposedly the cleaning person got into an accident, showed up at 500 to clean she was very nice did the best she could. Vacumm cleaner stopped slam up dumped it myself still did not pick up,the shower curtains had mold on them and so did the bathtubs.Very disappointing for my family for the money I pd.It is a nice condo needs little things done to it,I bet the owner would not have stayed there for that price and the cleanliness of it.I hope this helps the owners to pay more attention to the condo and there cleaning crew .

Unfortunately, our cleaner was in a car accident and that’s why she was delayed. Based on your feedback, our cleaner has performed a deep cleaning on the unit and the shower curtains have been replaced.

Best host I have ever interacted with! That alone would have us coming back for another stay. I booked a last minute stay for myself and my 4 children. Check in was easy. Location was the best part- a perfect pool with a snack bar and a waterslide to tube down with a boardwalk leading right to a gorgeous section of NC beach. This unit is on the end closest to the office, so there is a bit of a walk down the inside hallway to the pool and the beach- be prepared if you have littles or a lot to haul.We had an issue with the cleaning job that was done prior to check in, and the host responded IMMEDIATELY with a solution. He was so accommodating!Beds, very comfy. Could use some cosmetic updates throughout, an oscillating fan or two, more hooks in the bathrooms and on the deck to hang up towels and other damp items. A roku or other smart TV and a small amount of laundry detergent to use would be nice touches as well. Overall a wonderful stay and awesome condo resort.

The facility is great for a family! The amenities keep the kids happy with quick access to the beach. It’s generally families staying here so the kids make friends and enjoy a round of putt putt and endless trips down the water slide

Nice place at great resort

Can't beat a Place at the Beach with its pool, waterslide, and easy access to the beach. The condo is nice and the host (John) is very friendly and responsive. Staff at a Place at the Beach are/were friendly too. Would recommend staying here.

Great Time at A Place at the Beach

Very clean and charming condo. Close to several great restaurants. There is plenty for kids to do including Putt-Putt. basketball, corn hole and daily activities like making slime or tie dye. We had an awesome time.

Family friendly

We had a great stay here at the property. It was me, my wife, and three kids, aged 11,11 and 13. There was plenty for the kids to do on site place was clean and very quiet after 1030 at night will definitely stay again.

Weekend At The Beach

It was a very nice weekend at the property. Had one issue with getting into the place, but the owner was very helpful and able to work with me to get the issue resolved. Always love staying where the owner is so great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Our family has been coming to A Place at the Beach for over 30 years, so we always enjoy staying here. The amenities are fantastic, especially for families with young kids, and the location can’t be beat.Jon was an excellent host throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, helped amend the dates and quickly coordinated getting us sheets for the pullout couch and trundle bed when we needed them, which we really appreciated.The condo itself was comfortable, but there are a few areas that could make future guests’ stays even better. The unit is a bit dated, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but it would really benefit from a deep cleaning. The intake vent needs to be cleaned or replaced, the blinds and baseboards were quite dusty, and those details stood out. The pullout couch mattress was also very uncomfortable for sleeping.For families with young children, blackout curtains or shades in the kids’ bedroom would make a big difference, as the bright fluorescent hallway lights shine directly through the window at night. We also noticed personal belongings, including clothing hanging in the closet. Removing those items would provide more storage space for guests and help the condo feel more like a dedicated vacation rental.Overall, we had a good stay and would consider returning. With a few updates and a more thorough deep cleaning, this condo could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Great property

Our family of 4 with 2 small children stayed for a week. The condo was a good size and we loved the trundle beds for the kids. The appliances could use an update but we had everything we needed. The pools are amazing and the beach access was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed being close to Beaufort and Moorehead. We'll definitely rent here again. It was perfect for the kids!

Great condo

Warm, homelike feeling in this clean and well stocked condo. Close to the indoor pool that the grandkids love. Easy access to first floor unit via the ramp. We had no need to use the elevator, but could have if needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer for swim clothes and towels.
