This condo has just been fully updated with new furniture, flooring and paint. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable bedding, 2 full baths, living room and a washer/dryer for your convenience. For your entertainment, the condo has new smart TVs with a DVD player in the Living Room with a variety of family movies available at no cost. Close parking is available for 2 vehicles just outside the entranceway. Ground floor location near the beach means no climbing stairwells with easy and quick access to the beach and both pools.

Wash, dry and return all kitchen items and appliances to their cabinets and drawers. The dishwasher should be empty. Empty the refrigerator. Clean the microwave and coffee carafe.
Remove trash liners from the kitchen and bathroom trash cans and place them in the dumpster in the parking lot. Lock the sliding glass doors (lock lever in the ‘up’ position.
Turn off all lights and lock the door. Return the Registration Pack to the front desk.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay! The location is convenient, and has direct and easy access to a beautiful stretch of beach. The resort grounds are clean, secure, and packed with amenities. Our condo was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The staff was very welcoming and check-in/out was simple.

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation! Being on the first floor and so close to the beach access made everything incredibly convenient, especially with kids and all the beach gear. We loved spending time at the pool, and the water slide was a huge hit. The condo had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families. We have stayed at this resort several times and this condo was in the perfect location to access both pools and the beach. When you are transporting kids, beach carts, pool toys etc it is very nice to be in a convenient location. Very comfortable beds, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals. And having the washer and dryer right in the unit was a huge bonus. Owner had beach toys, chairs, swim boards available to use. Owner communicates immediately and was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful 5 night stay!!! Even though we didn’t have an ocean view, we were on first floor and conveniently located to parking lot, pools and beach walk.

We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and updated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location of the condo to the beach and pools is perfect. There is no ocean view, but we didn't mind as the walk to beach itself is so short. The outdoor pool/slide was great for entertaining our little one. Will definitely keep this listing in mind for future trips to Atlantic Beach!

Brian’s condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals. Several nice extras provided were DVDs, games, TVs in three rooms, and beach equipment. The condo is very close to the elevator, the indoor pool, and the beach itself. Brian was very helpful and communicative. Great 8-day stay!

APATB is our home away from home. This was our sixth year there vacationing at the beach and the resort is the perfect place for a family vacation. This was our first stay in Brian’s condo. The condo is beautiful, stocked with everything you could ever need. I appreciated Brian’s attention to detail! Everything was easy to find and to use. The beds are super comfortable…we all slept great after a long day at the beach and/or pool. The condo is also in a great location!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable (which can be iffy in rentals), and the house was stocked with what we needed. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We would definitely stay again.
