Noisy and hard to find.

Nice hut and a lovely garden. Friendly hostess. To bad that there was a major road with heavy traffic all day and night just a few meters from the hut. Very hard to find due to bad description in the add. No sign anywhere how to find it. The bed was an uncomfortable coach, not a real bed. Only hot water in the shower all week. Not what you want when it is around 30 all day & night.

This little house was perfect for our stay in Guadeloupe. The bed folds out from the couch. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and a nice assortment of every kitchen item you would realistically need. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen and an outdoor clothes' drying rack. There is a tv, free wifi, and an air conditioner. All the windows and doors open up completely for fresh air, if you prefer. There are book shelves that can be used to store clothing, etc. The porch wraps around the entire house. It has a nice hammock and a small table and patio chairs. The hostess had the house decorated when we arrived. She was very kind and lives in a house next door so she is easily accessible if you need anything. We had a hard time finding the address on Google maps, so when she sends you the directions a few days before your arrival, make sure she spells the street name for you EXACTLY as it is written on the sign so that you can navigate correctly. Don't use the general address given on Expedia or you will end up in the wrong area.
