Renovated and entirely redecorated, it will offer you all the necessary comfort to make the most of your stay in Lyon.

In the immediate vicinity of the famous Place des Jacobins and all the shops and tourist attractions, you will be immersed in the heart of the city and will be able to fully appreciate all the charm that this magnificent city has to offer.

Located on the 3rd floor without a lift, this flat is composed as follows: a corridor leading to a single bedroom with its own bathroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an office area, a separate toilet and plenty of storage space.
With its herringbone parquet floor and its old fireplace, its character will not leave you indifferent.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed, measuring 120x195.

Great location

Super convenient to restaurants/cafes. We didn’t realize how many stairs there were, spiral and three stories up. We were very confused about the check out process and contacted management with no response. I saw an email that was sent to me a few days later and now know what the check out process was, but at the time could not get in touch with anyone. Apt was quiet which was nice.

Central to everything

This apartment overlooks a quiet street just steps away from all the shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to many sites. This place has been modernized and has everything you will need for a pleasant stay.

Excellent Location, Nice Clean Apt

We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment, and overall were very happy with it. It is well equipped, although an actual coffee maker would be nice instead of a pod machine. We were able to cook full meals with no trouble. Clothing storage is at a premium, but we pack very light so not a problem. The bed is firm and comfortable, the couch and coffee table could do with an update. There are lots of outlets, including by the bed so charging devices is easy Some things to note: There are 54 steps and no lift to reach the apartment. The shower entrance is only about 16" (40cm) wide. The toilet is right off the living room by the kitchen, so you have a bit of a walk when you get up in the night. The location is excellent, we were able to walk almost everywhere and we are in the 65-75 yrs age. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10min walk (Rue des Marronniers and Rue Merciere) and lots of shopping. We would certainly recommend this apt for either short or longer stays.
