Très bon séjour dans un joli chalet

Très beau chalet, très bien situé dans une jolie résidence. A 600m à pied du premier télésiège. Un super séjour !

MUY MAL

Los colchones son de baja calidad, no hay almohadas, nos han cobrado las sábanas a parte. No hay suficientes vasos y copas y el menaje es escaso y de baja calidad. La propietaria no nos quiso anular ni dejar el alquiler para el siguiente año a pesar de que la estación estaba cerrada por falta de nieve, no quiso ningún acuerdo. El acceso a los remontes es lejano e incómodo y la variedad de restaurantes y ocio es completamente nula. Los materiales de la casa son muy malos, se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle y las paredes son de papel. En el anuncio de VRBO no ponía que las sábanas no estaban incluidas y aún así la propietaria nos hizo pagar 80€ por ellas, miramos todas las condiciones y en ningún momento leímos que teníamos que aportar nosotros las sábanas para todas las camas. Nos quejamos tanto a ella como a VRBO y finalmente nos toco pagar con el desacuerdo generado. No habla español y fue difícil la comunicación. Resumiendo manifestamos nuestro descontento tanto con la casa como la propiedad y la gestión de esta pagina.

Location 17 au 24 décembre pla d'adet

Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, les hôtes conviviaux nous ont bien accueilli et présenté le logement, les fonctionnalités ainsi que les moyens de transports et liaisons. Le logement est bien exposé, agréable, et bien placé. Seul petits bémols en termes de propreté (insert et four nettoyés par nous même, et salle d'eau du rdc avec odeur d'humidité). Merci.

Heerlijk chalet

Het prachtig uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon over de regio valt meteen op. Het gerenoveerde chalet is heel schoon en heel stijlvol ingericht. Het ski station waar het chalet naast ligt is niet echt sfeervol. Maar Saint Lary en de prachtige omgeving en ook de activiteiten in de buurt maken dat meer dan goed!
