Enter this lovely condo and immediately feel right at home. The condo features a NEW, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and living area with new comfy sofa sleeper. Unit 412 provides plenty of space for the family to gather comfortably after a fun filled day at the beach and pool. The primary bedroom has a NEW king size bed with new bedding, private full bath, and windows with great views of the sunset over the pass. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin bed and private access to the hall full bath. This condo also had fresh paint and new tile throughout in spring of 2014. With many new attributes and the beautiful views, location and comfort are only two of the many things Magnolia House #412 has to offer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
