We stayed here with our family of 7, including two toddlers, and overall had a good experience. The place itself is nice and functional, but it’s not in the nicest area of town—more of an older, working-class neighborhood. DoorDash was easy, so staying in for meals worked well.Traffic is loud and trains come through at all hours. This didn’t bother us since we’re used to it, but light sleepers should be aware. There is only one bathroom on the main living floor, so you do have to go downstairs to use it, which can be tough with toddlers. Overall, the layout isn’t very toddler-friendly—lots of hazards and no way to contain little ones. We ended up buying baby gates and a high chair at Walmart. The pack-and-play was appreciated, though it didn’t appear freshly cleaned, so we were glad we brought our own sheets.Parking can be challenging due to the busy road, especially with a larger vehicle. However, the hosts were great and let us use parking at another nearby rental they own, which helped a lot.The kitchen is well stocked, though the knives are getting worn. Laundry was convenient, but the dryer lint trap was clogged—we cleared it and it worked fine afterward. Furniture is standard rental furniture—nothing fancy, but comfortable and functional. Bedrooms are bright in the morning, so plan accordingly if you like to sleep in.Overall, we’d stay here again and appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were.
