Surprise à l'arrivée... Très belle station balnéaire calme et vivante à la fois.... Appartement avec vue sur le port appreciable... Très belles visites de la côte des villages typiques et randonnées des cap Frehel et d'Erquy magnifiques.... A recommander

Charmant Séjour en février

Le studio est conforme au descriptif, propre et bien équipé. Très belle vue sur le port de plaisance. Pour les amateurs de coquilles St Jacques (en saison bien sûr) vente directe sur le port. Petit plus la Wifi et le chauffage sont compris dans le prix. Accueil très sympathique par l'agence AIS.

Agence sérieuse !

Malgré un léger problème avec un voisin, l'agence a su réagir très rapidement aux problèmes, une agence compétente et sérieuse, le logement été aussi top, c'est ce que je recherchais.

A refaire !!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant 2 semaines, le cadre est très joli. L'appartement est très bien agencé ( sauf douche un peu petite ), et très bien équipé. Le canapé BZ est très confortable. La rue est assez calme malgré les restaurants en dessous. A refaire très vite !!

Agréable logement

Studio orienté plein sud, très bien équipé, bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique sur le port. La présence des restaurants au bas de l'immeuble donne une animation tranquille au quartier dans la journée. Cependant, certains établissements ne ferment qu'à minuit générant un léger environnement sonore (fonds de voix et de musique), d'où la nécessité de dormir les fenêtres fermées si l'on souhaite le silence. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout dans le moindre détail. Tout est complet y compris la petite trousse de couture qui peut s'avérer très pratique.
