Just 100 meters from the main beach, this charming 32 m² one-bedroom apartment with Wi-Fi is perfect for your vacation. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
The living room features a sofa bed (140 cm) and opens onto a small balcony offering glimpses of the sea. An alcove offers a 140 cm double bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet for added comfort.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
Note:
A bar is located on the ground floor of the building opposite, closing at 2 a.m. in July and August and 1 a.m. the rest of the year.
Conditions and services:
- Additional charges are based on electricity meter readings from October 1st to April 1st.
- Optional cleaning fee of €60.00 (reservation required)
- Tourist tax extra

Je suis surprise de votre commentaire car dans l'annonce et le contrat que vous avez signé, le bar est bien stipulé. Peut-être ne l'avez vous pas bien lu ?
Je trouve cela dommage de se défouler sur les commentaires quand tout est carré à la base et que vous acceptez en tout état de cause.

Bel appartement très lumineux, bien équipé et bien situé.
Nous sommes hors saison donc évitons certaines nuisances tel que le manège et les difficultés de stationnement sur le boulevard Duponchel. Les clients du bar en face sont parfois sonores mais probablement moins qu'en saison où il doit être compliqué de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Nous reviendrons et recommanderons cet appartement mais toujours pour du hors saison.
