Appartement très bien situé, facile d'accès, près des commerces, bien équipé. Il a un certain cachet. En revanche, il est mal isolé. (passoire thermique). Et les consommations d'électricité et d'eau ne sont pas comprises dans le prix total.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cet appartement faisant partie d’une jolie propriété bretonne située face à la mer et quel bonheur ! Logement spacieux et confortable. Nous reviendrons !

UNE TRES BONNE LOCATION

Appartement très agréable, ensoleillé et bien entretenu. Vue idéale sur la mer. En revanche vaisselle et matériel de cuisine de bric et de broc récupérés d'usages anciens et donc pas au niveau de l'appartement.
