Apartment with terrace on the 2nd floor without elevator

Charming duplex on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small residence, 1 parking space.

Large terrace (45m²) with ocean view, equipped with a garden living room which gives enough space to have a dining part and a garden furniture part. It has a splendid view of the coast of St Malo, Dinard, Lancieux, St Briac and St Jacut from the sea.

It is very pleasant to have breakfast there in the rising sun. Calm well wooded residence. The large beach is 7 minutes walk. The sand is blond and fine. It is good to warm up a little in the sun in the sheltered part of the beach which is under the residence next to the port.

The apartment is in the attic, the floor area is 88m² and 68m² Carrez law. The comfort and decoration are very neat. All the tenants say that it feels like home.

The semaphore at Pointe de l'Isle is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The view is magnificent over the entire bay of St Brieuc.

From there leave customs trails that will delight hikers. From the Pointe de la Garde, other customs trails lead to St Malo and the Pointe du Grouin.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und auch für Familien geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Internet ist sehr langsam. TV über Streaming vorhanden aber keine deutschen Sender. Die Küchenschränke und Schubladen waren dreckig (Essensreste der letzten Jahre) ansonnsten ist die Wohnung sauber. Die Toilette am Eingang ist eine Abstellkammer, es gibt aber eine zweite. Toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Für Familien zu empfehlen.

Le point fort : Une très belle terrasse, avec une vue splendide. Le point faible : dans l'annonce, il est précisé qu'il y a un barbecue. Or il n'y en a pas. C'est un de nos critères de sélection, donc attention si c'est aussi un des vôtres ! Le point étrange : la propriétaire vous fait signer un contrat en parallèle, bien que Abritel soit le tiers de confiance dans cette transaction

Un beau séjour en famille

La location est totalement adaptée aux familles. Dans les commentaires précédents, j'ai pu lire que l'on se sent "comme à la maison " et c'est réellement le cas .Tout ce dont vous avez besoin s'y trouve et même des choses auxquelles vous n'avez pas pensé !! Elle est bien agencée et décorée avec goût , la terrasse est vraiment un plus et sa vue est magnifique. La station est agréable avec une belle plage de sable fin , les activités multiples et les restaurants nombreux ( mention speciale pour Chipie la galette pour l'accueil et la qualité des crêpes et galettes!) et sa situation vous permet de découvrir ce joli coin de France..Bref , nous pouvons que vous conseillez à choisir cet endroit pour vos prochaines escapades.

Excellent séjour passé à St Cast. Appartement accueillant et agréable, conforme à la description. Terrasse ensoleillée avec vue imprenable sur le port. Résidence très calme. Un petit escalier en bas de la résidence mène directement au port. De très belles balades, notamment la promenade du soleil levant menant à la grande plage.

Excellent séjour à St Cast. On se sent comme chez soi dans l'appartement qui est confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse et la vue sont magiques et les grandes baies vitrées rendent appartement lumineux même en cas de temps couvert. L'emplacement est pratique pour aller aux commerces ou à la plage à pied.
