About this property

Lovely flat with a magical ocean view

This lovely appartement has just been renovated (with new beds/mattresses). Perfect location: You can't be nearer the beach, it is just across the street! There is also an outdoor playground on the seafront where your children will be able to have a lot of fun.
It is on the 3rd floor so you will enjoy the magical ocean view.
The large balcony is well equiped with an outdoor sofa and armchairs where you can have a drink, read a book or just relax. An outdoor table and chairs are also provided.

This bright flat has got a big room in which you have a dinning table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed with real mattresses. The sofa bed can be made into a single or double bed (160).
There is a big bedroom with a double storage bed in which you be able to put away your bags, suitcases or anyything that you don't need.

There is a functional kitchen with all essential appliances. The bathroom has got a shower with a washing machine.

There is also a basement where you can keep your bikes, body boards, beach equipment...

Opposite the block of flats, there is a free car park where you will be able to park your car when needed.

Notre Dame de Monts

A very well equipped and clean property situated ideally for a lazy beach holiday. Convenient free parking, a boulangerie 2 minutes walk away and a lovely, reasonably quiet beach were our highlights. Not much else to do and local restaurants unappealing, but we really enjoyed our visit.

Thank you for your review however you have actually a lot to do around! The island of Noirmoutier is really near by, you can go there through “le passage du Gois” at low tide, you can also spend a day cycling on the lovely Island of Ile d’Yeu which you can see from the appartment. There is a beautiful look out point in Pey de la Blet in the middle of the forest. Notre Dame is also surrounded by the Forest where you have so many paths if you like walking. If you are into sport: sailing, surfing, kaying, the water sport centre is 100 metres away. The tennis courts are around the corner too. All the information was in the guide book holiday. Regarding the restaurants, there is a good one right on the beach, for more gastronomic ones there were some recommendations in the guide book too.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien situé car proche de la mer, des commerces du centre bourg et de nombreux lieux de visites ou de promenades .
