Bon plan mais quelques bémols

Les -- : Manque de réactivité de la propriétaire dans les échanges (uniquement par sms). Aucune information sur les conditions d'accueil 24h avant notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis par une concierge qui s'occupe normalement du ménage. A notre grande surprise, le ménage n'était pas fait et depuis longtemps semble-t-il, au regard de la saleté accumulée. Sol très sale, frigo non nettoyé, four non nettoyé, mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes... ce qui est désagréable quand on paie 45 euros de ménage. Nous remercions cependant la propriétaire de nous avoir remboursé les frais de ménage. De plus, pas de local à poubelles (pour déchets classiques) accessible dans la résidence ?! Obligé de chercher des conteneurs dans la rue. Les ++ : Appartement très bien situé dans quartier de Saint-Servan. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Saint-Malo intra-muros en 20 minutes à pieds. Chambre pour les enfants avec quelques livres et jouets. Terrasse en bois. Salon de jardin.
