If you're planning to visit Park City for the Sundance Film Festival or you're considering the ultimate ski-cation close to several popular resorts, this remodeled, second-floor studio is for you! Stay in and prepare meals in your full-featured, compact kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with countertop seating for two. The Prospector is just a short walk from Sundance HQ! This condo is also only a mile from Park City's historic Main Street, with its many shops, restaurants, and galleries, and less than two miles from the base of Park City Mountain when it's time to hit the slopes. And if you're visiting in warm weather, be sure to bring your clubs to challenge the scenic, 18-holes of the Park City Golf Course, only a mile-and-a-half west.

Coazy and perfect!

This was just what we needed as we were there to ski, wander and sleep. Great location, convenient access to all the great offerings of Park City. We'll defnitely be back.

Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location if you ski as there’s easy access to shuttles to the resorts. The condo is clean and is provided with almost about everything you need. 10/10

Great Studio and Location

My husband and I really enjoyed this studio that includes a kitchen - perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and unit nicely furnished. The location was great and about 5 minutes from Park City Ski resort. I would definitely stay at this location again. Easy check-in process.

Cozy, convenient, clean

Very cozy little studio just enough for three of us. It’s located at a convenient location. Room is well decorated, maybe a bit over decorated but looks nice. It’s functional but nothing fancy room. A few things could be improved: all the cookware seem to come from yard sale. Two lids match none of the two pots, two basins. It would be better at least a pan and a stockpot could be added. We did not cook much but tried to fix some breakfast and found the cookware insufficient. The main bed is also a bit squeaky. The room actually has an old air conditioner but the booking website crossed out the air conditioning. Overall, it was a good stay!

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this studio in Park City! It was well equipped and taken care of. You are very close to nearby hiking trails and the free bus is right out the door if you don't have a car. Thank you!
