Thank you for staying at Prospector Lodge 627 and for sharing your feedback. This was our first experience encountering a check-in issue at one of our Prospector Lodge properties. We had emailed the check-in information in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, which included the property address, detailed step-by-step directions, and instructions for retrieving the access card. We regret any inconvenience. Thank you for letting us know about the Wi‑Fi connectivity issues you encountered during your stay. We will share your comments with the HOA, which manages the building's internet service, so they can investigate and address the problem. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for staying with us! We're sorry to hear you did not like quiet time hours. Many guests are pleased that they are in place. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the pool and had a fun time in the Park City area. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for staying with us! We'll check that mattress but we don't really get complaints about comfort. We're glad you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and other amenities. Guests love the fireplace on cold snowy winter days and the hot tub is also a guest favorite. Thanks again.

Thanks for staying with us Brian. The open floor plan allows air to circulate nicely and the fan can be used to direct air as desired. We are glad to hear you felt this was a nice home. With 24-hr on-site staff and ski shop, in home laundry and a cozy fireplace, this is a guest favorite.

We're sorry to see a 2-star review due to the opinion of insufficient lighting and the owner's home decor choices. This lovely mountain getaway is a guest favorite with great space, a comfortable bed, a cozy fireplace for snowy winter days and a perfect downtown location. We wish you all the best in your future travels and look forward to hosting future guests that enjoy this quaint and convenient Park City home away from home.

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand that unexpected issues like internet outages can be frustrating, they are reliant on the service provider's timeline for resolution. This beautiful condo is consistently rated highly for comfort and safety, and the stairs are as safe as any standard wooden stairs, with no prior guest issues reported. Comfort is subjective, and we have not received previous concerns regarding the bed. It appears there may have been some overstatements in your description, as this does not align with the experiences of most guests. We remain committed to maintaining the high standards appreciated by many.

Thank you for staying in our Prospector 933 home! We're glad to hear you loved the convenient location and cozy home! We hope to welcome you back for future stays.
