Upstairs: a large landing leads to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its open bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, a bedroom with two 80x190 beds, a bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be converted into a 160x200 double bed, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, a laundry room. Electric heating with heat pump included in the rates. 5 km south of Fougères, in the countryside in the heart of a group of carefully renovated 17th and 18th century buildings, this large gîte offers 280 m² of luxury living space in a warm atmosphere. The ground floor, air-conditioned by the floor, offers 140 m² of open spaces with all the comforts that invite you to relax: numerous sofas, fireplace, music, reading material. You can enjoy the property's swimming pool (unheated pool, accessible all year round, shared with the owners). The pool measures 11 x 5 m. with a depth of 1.70 m. in the middle of the pool. A wooden acoustic cinema (€50 for 8 people) and a wellness area, with sauna and whirlpool baths, (paying €200/afternoon for 8 people), can be privatized by reservation with the owner. A charming cottage, ideal for families, tastefully decorated. Everyone will find their own space, either in the cottage or in the large garden.
