Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 13 in beds):
- Master Suite I, First Floor: King bed, 55” Roku TV, BluRay player, private bathroom with smart television, ceiling fan, walk-in shower and jacuzzi soak tub
- Guest Bedroom I, First Floor: Twin over full bunk beds, smart TV, separate hallway bathroom with walk-in shower only
- Master Suite II, Second Floor: King bed, 40” Apple TV, fountain view, small en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet
- Guest Bedroom II, Second Floor: King bed, Roku TV, direct bathroom access with shower/tub combo and two sinks
- Guest Bedroom III, Second Floor: also the “playroom” with two queen beds, 65” Roku TV ping-pong table, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and two sinks

About Time is in NatureWalk and over 3100 sq ft. Park cars in 3 private spaces because every amenity at About Time is within steps of your incredible beach vacation home or a relaxing bike or cart ride away.
This custom home is the only floorplan in the neighborhood with 2 downstairs bedrooms and baths which also sits directly across from the amenities and has both a pool table (downstairs) AND a ping pong table (upstairs) for those rainy days or festive nights.
For outdoor fun, the rear of the home sits on a path that leads to 2 sand volleyball courts and a small pond where you can practice casting your fishing pole. The beach is a 5 minute bike ride from your back door via the private neighborhood walking/bike path to the Walton County San Juan walkover. Or simply walk across the street to the Gathering Place with 3 separate pools, playground, and outdoor fireplace. WaterColor is also right outside the neighborhood, and the adorable town of Seaside with its shopping and food trucks are less than one mile away from the NatureWalk entrance. You can also take a bike or cart directly to the grocery store without leaving the neighborhood thanks to NatureWalk’s private trail to Publix and Watercolor Crossings. Other NatureWalk amenities include miles of walking/running trails, outdoor fitness stations, basketball court, pickleball courts, and community green spaces.
About Time has an outdoor cooking area, a front porch day-bed and three private parking spaces which can also double as a spike-ball court! Plentiful additional parking is right outside your front door. At dusk, relax and unwind as you watch the sun set from your back porch and patio overlooking the pristine Point Washington state forest.
As the only home in NatureWalk with a true separate eat-in kitchen, you can close the doors and enjoy some quiet wine with friends while you cook your favorite meal ---if you close the doors, you won’t be bothered by your guests piled on the huge sectional sofa in the living room watching a movie. There is also a separate wine fridge in the billiard room which doubles as a dining room with seating for 12. Our floorplan is unique to the neighborhood with a side entrance connected to a mud room, laundry room and full bathroom for taking care of wet swimsuits and sandy feet on your way in.
