Timber Run 406 is the perfect two-bedroom home for your next family mountain getaway! The condo is located on the ground level with easy access from the parking lot and east-facing windows to let in the morning light. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that can seat six comfortably. The main living area is perfect for relaxing, with a gas fireplace, 65” TV, ample seating, and access to the private patio for taking in the fresh mountain air. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.

Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Great Steamboat condo

Super location with 5 minute shuttle to mountain. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, with 3 available hot tubs for Apres ski.

Very good with some easy fixes to make it awesome!

Great location. Clean, with the exception of the floor. I don't think they've mopped in a while - if you wore white socks, they were black quickly. Kitchen is very well stocked with one exception - the knives are dangerously dull.

The location, size, shuttle and set-up was great. But the mattresses, sheets and pillows were terrible! Also, we were under a unit that had a washer & dryer that that was loud and shaking above the master bedroom at 6AM AND 10 pm. And, when we walked in the unit it had only been half cleaned with beds stripped and toilet with pee in it. But we called management and they got cleaners there right away and they cleaned it well in 45 minutes. The kitchen was not well equipped either.

Rental unit was fine. Best part of the property is the shuttle bus that not only will take you 5-10 minutes to the base village, but is available in the evenings for other trips. Unit has been updated fairly recently. Three hot tubs on premises. Walkable to a couple spots to eat/shop. Well equipped kitchen.
