Beautiful apartment tastefully renovated facing the sea, rated 3 stars for two people. Capacity possible 4 people.
Come and spend your holidays in this well appointed T2 100 m from the large beach of Trez, on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator.
You will find an entrance, a living room with fitted kitchen. In the living room a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm).
A room with a 140 cm bed.
A bathroom, a toilet and a pantry with washing machine complete the whole. A balcony with sea view to spend your evenings.
The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the thalassotherapy of Bénodet, the cinema and the Casino.
Parking space in basement #18, easy parking in the residence.
