Beautiful Oasis

Just far enough from everything for an oasis feel, but close enough to get to activities when you want. Beautiful, spacious house. Bonus was solar power that came in handy when power went out on the island.

Our stay at Second Wind

We loved our stay in Second Wind in Utila, we had a great time. The area being the second floor is beautiful. We loved the windows, and terrace gave an unobstructed view.The only remark we have is the lack of storage space for our hanging clothes. If the 3rd floor is occupied, you will lose all your privacy.

Second Wind is one of favorite homes and we’re pleased that you enjoyed yourselves! There isn’t much we can do to augment the hanging space for garments, though…The single hanging closet had never proved inadequate before. Regarding the upper floor: Second Wind’s entire upper floor is a hugely oversized Master Suite: most of our guests book the entire home ( Main Floor and the uppermost floor), however, when only the Main Floor is booked we kindly block off and do not rent the upper floor so our guests privacy is always assured! We certainly enjoyed hosting you on Utila and look forward to seeing you both again.
