Gut

Alles war ok, außer Küche. Bei essen Vorbereitung ist ständig Stromsicherung rausgesprungen, Spülmaschine könnte nicht spülgang beenden. Müsste Geschirr mit Hand spülen. Ansonsten haben wir unser Aufenthalt genossen.

Je commence par les points positifes L´emplacement excellent, vous etes a 30 mn de la plage a pieds 5 mn en voiture tres animé vous pouvez profiter du levé du soleil sur la plage Commerce a proximite A cote de la maison un parc pour les petits et pour se balader La piscine grande propre et tres bien entretenue La climatisation pour nous c´etait tres important Le propriétaire est tres a l´ecoute on a eu un probleme avec un des climatiseur et il etait remplacé sur le champ Les points negatifs l´equipement sont tres enciens l´eau stagne en bas du frigo la plaque de cuisson tres tres tres lente si vous comptez cuisiner c´est pas la peine La chambre d´exterieur ne comunique pas avec la maison et n´a pas de toilette pzs pratique la nuit mais une douche et un lave main ds la chambre La troisieme chambre a l´etage tres petite et tres chaude on l´a pas utilisé ma fille a prefere dormir dand le salon Et un peu de vis a vis sur la piscine ,il y a un grand imeuble en face de la maison On a passé d´exellente vacances Empuria est une ville qu´on aprecie beacoup et vous pouvez visitez les villes a cote ca vaix vraiment le coup

Miserabel

Veroudert huis op een minder goede locatie .Elektriciteit volledig verouderd. Onmogelijk om airco te gebruiken , 2 aanleggen en direct zonder stroom. Ook afwasmachine in keuken + 1 airco = zonder stroom. Ook is er sprake van 2 badkamers???? Stopcontacten hangen uit de muur. Ondanks inspanningen van de eigenaar is dit huis het kwaliteitslabel van VRBO onwaardig. Voordeur sluit niet, grote en kleine ingangspoort hangen uit hun hengsels enz. .. Dus ik zou dit huis aan niemand aanraden om te huren´,of er zouden serieuze verbetering werken moeten gebeuren.
