In the largest marina in Europe, on the edge of a huge sandy beach, this charming studio is modern and fully equipped. It consists of a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen area, a balcony with a view of Rosas bay and the beach, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Air conditioning, TV with international channels.
This studio is close to all shops by the sea, bar / restaurant / bakery located at the foot of the building, downtown around 200 meters with its ready-to-wear stores, its various restaurants and ice-cream shops, and nightclub. Every Saturday morning its huge market which stretches for hundreds of meters along the beach.

Empuriabrava is famous for being the largest marina in Europe with its 23 km of canals. the city has many interesting sites that are worth seeing, no car necessary because most of the amenities are nearby.
The region is full of possibilities for tourist or cultural activities, including the Dali museum at 20km or Cadaques, the Catalan Saint-Tropez at 15 km.

Great longterm stay

I stayed 4 months during an internship in the area. Renaud was always very responsive during the booking process but also during the stay.The apartment is very clean and modern. Everything is available as described on the website.

Nice place to stay

We’ve been there for a week with my family. The apartment is very funcional and has all that you may require for your vacations. Things to improve to be a better place: - front door security: it feels like os not a secure place since the door has been forced - smell from the bathroom: it seems there is a problem, either in the bathroom or in the building that smells like rotten water Things we loved: - big and wide shower - excellent location - price

L'appartement est idéalement situé ! Le seul point négatif qui nous à empêcher de prolonger notre séjour est le confort de la literie. Que se soit le lit ou le canapé convertible, les matelas sont très très minces, pour une nuit c'est acceptable mais au bout de 4 nuit c'est impossible de dormir avec des douleurs au dos !

Das Apartment ist klein und fein, hat aber alles, was man für einen Urlaub am Meer benötigt. Wir haben es sauber übernommen und konnten schon vor der Check-in-Zeit rein. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur läuft, wenn man kein französisch oder spanisch spricht, über Google, reicht vollkommen aus, man versteht sich irgendwie ;) wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bei Problemen wurde direkt geholfen.Der Ausblick ist ok, man schaut auf die Straße, kann aber auch das Meer sehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell bei Fragen.Filterkaffeemaachine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Dolce Gusto Maschine sind vor Ort. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings: die Matratze ist sehr durchgelegen. Aber das Ersatzbett ist bequem.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :)

De beschrijving waar je de sleutel kon halen was zeer slecht. Zodoende kwamen we te laat aan en konden we pas de volgende dag de sleutel krijgen. Op de advertentie stond studio voor 4 personen maar twee was precies genoeg. Het bed was heel erg slecht het leek wel of je op planken lag zo dun eas het matras. Ook de bank was nietbom te doen. Alles was verwaarloosd en zeer slecht onderhouden. Ook de hygiëne kon beter. Alles bij alles zonde van mijn geld we zijn dus ook eerder vertrokken. En ik zal daar nooit meer huren

studio face à la mer mais immeuble bruyant tout le monde claque les portes de jour comme de nuit.ar

arrivée le samedi matin le studio était libre.difficulté pour trouver un parking et décharger la voiture.l'employée de l'agence nous donne les cles de l'entrée de l' immeuble et du studio appelle la police pour ouvrir les barrières pour que nous puissions décharger la voiture devant l'immeuble. ensuite il faut de nouveau appeler lapolice pour que nous puissions sortir et trouver un parking.Du coup nous sommes partis le vendredi soir pour ne pas etre embeter.Le studio est très bien situé mais bruyant télé et voix fortes toute la nuit.on traverse la rue nous sommes sur la plage.Par contre la douche n'est pas de niveau et tout le temps de la douche on passe la raclette pour évacuer l'eau pour ne pas que ça déborde dans la salle de bain.apparament ce n'est qu'avec nous que ça se passe.Le volet roulant du bacon peine à se fermer.Et pas de chance nous avons perdu les clés du studio dans la mer oui c'est pas de chance l'agence n'avait pas de double de la clés du studio nous avons attendu 1h 45 qu'un monsieur de l'entretien arrache le verrou. Nous avons pu rentrer dans le studio récuperer nos affaires. L'agence et le proprètaire nous demande de payer le verrou.Nous allons contacter notre assurance demain pour savoir ce que nous devons faire.

muy mal nada recomendable

Para empezar nada mas llegar tuvimos que limpiar todo el apartamento, lleno de orin pelos por todos lados, hongos, sin sabanas ni toallas, comida de otros inquilinos, la escobilla del bater llena de mie.. con un olor horrible, la tv solo en frances, todo con fuerte olor a humedad. En resumen muy muy mal mejor que no entre nadie y les pase como a nosotros muy asqueroso todo! Y para terminar la persona que nos tenia que atender para la salida no dio la cara, puso de escusa el cambio horario y que se havia dormido. Seguro que era pq ya sabia lo que habia..

Nos fuimos de escapada de tres días mi mujer y yo. El apartamento es muy bonito y coqueto, los detalles muy cuidados. Cómodo y confortable. Dispone de todas las comodidades. El propietario es muy atento y simpático. La ubicación privilegiada en primera línea de playa. El entorno hermoso. Como puntp de partida para visitar otros lugares de la provincia ideal. Esparamos repetir.
